 When performing a vent check [Vent check phone app].

 

Reason for change:

Previously, if the vent SN was not in the inventory database, the use needed to navigate to the [vent inventory app] to manually add the new vent.

 

Description of change:

 

 

If, when the user scans or manually enters a vent SN that is not currently in the inventory database, the user is notified and has the option to enter the information without navigating elsewhere in the app.

 

     

 

   

 

A new window will be displayed if the SN [Trilogy test] is not in the database. Select [Yes] to add the new vent.             

 

The window will expand and the known data should be entered.

Note: SN and Vent name are required fields. 

 

 

 

When finished select [Save this vent to Inventory!]

 

The new SN should appear in the Vent_SN box.

Note: PM due or hrs will not update but will be saved.
