Guide to synch the Trilogy modem hub to the ventilator device
There are two options to accomplish this task.
Option one: Have both the Trilogy and the Hub serial number available. Call for Respironics to install the Trilogy to the Hub (1-844-897-1089). Next, add the patient and ONLY TRILOGY serial # into Care Orchestrator. DO NOT add the Modem. After the first time data is transferred via modem, the modem will automatically be added into the patient's Care Orchestrator's account. If the modem is manually loaded in this situation; the data won't transmit per the Hub Provisioning help desk.
Option two: Add both the Trilogy and modem hub into Care Orchestrator, but DO NOT call Respironics for them to do this. You may wonder why to call if we are able to manually load. This is because when the hub modem option first became available, calling was the only way to "install the Trilogy and hub". This had to be done prior to setting up in the home/facility.
