Send a CareLink

Using an SD card for upload to CareOrchestrator.

Caution: in DirectView you could format cards in Windows. If you format cards (in Windows) for use with CareOrchestrator the information may not be able to be uploaded!

To use an SD card for upload to CareOrchestrator the card must be formated within CareOrchestrator.

1)To format an SD card within CareOrchestrator:

i)Open and sign in to CareOrchestrator

ii)Insert an SD card into the reader

iii)In CareOrchestrator click on the gear icon next to your login name (upper right corner).

i❖)Click [Tools]

❖i)Click [Initialize Removable Media]

          vii) When the software is finished formating, remove the SD card from the reader.
