Trilogy Hub troubleshooting

 

Good morning, 

I was attempting to connect a HUB to a trilogy via Care Orchestrator and was informed by the support line that the only way a device and Hub can be paired through care orchestrator was if the device was made AFTER 2015 if it is made before it has to be done over the phone (software support - 844-897-1089). Also if you are swapping a vent for a pt with a hub you can do the swap in care orchestrator as well by removing the vent you are picking up and adding the vent you are delivering and reconnecting the HUB in the connectivity area in care orchestrator. To complete the pairing you will have to then unplug the hub at the home for a min and plug it back in to have it pair to the new machine.  Just wanted to pass this along. Thanks!
