How do I navigate my PAP coach?
If you are using a phone or tablet, your screen may look like this. Touch the menu bars at the top left to navigate.

If you are on a PC or Mac follow the directions below.
1.Mypapcoach help is designed so that you can click each [Ask the coach] item on the left to view that subject.

2.Alternatively you can click the search tab and enter key words or phrases.

3.The resulting search will show you each subject where your key word or phrase appears. You can then click on a topic to view that subject.

4.At the bottom of some topics you may find . By clicking the Read more button you will be directed to related topics.
