My therapy data has not been transmitted

 

1.Wireless coverage may be poor. Place the device where there is coverage (ie, on their bedside table, not in a drawer or on the floor).

 

2.The Wireless signal strength icon  indicates good coverage when all bars are displayed, and poor coverage when fewer bars are displayed.

 

3.The No wireless connection icon is displayed on the top right of the screen. No wireless network available.

 

4.Verify the correct serial number and model between Airview and patient account.

 

5.As a secondary option, therapy data can be sent using the SD Card.
