Prepping for automated calls - after 9:30am each day.

PROCESS: In an effort to increase true compliance rates for MHM, we have added a reminder call that is made to the patient as soon as possible after the patient meets usage compliance. This document defines the process to accomplish these reminder calls.

PROCEDURE:

• Four adhoc reports need to be run:     
     1. Clinical\PAP setups in past
     2. Clinical\Patient compliance status
     3. clinical\patients meeting comp past
     4. Clinical\Sales order WIP states
Note that these can be set to automatically run on specific days and times.

• Formatting the adhoc reports for formatting by the Access database.
1. Load each report in excel
     • For PAP setups in past
             o Name the spreadsheet tab [set up]
              o Save the file in G:\Reminders\compliance\input\ set up.xlsx

• For Patient compliance status
     o Name the spreadsheet tab [status]
     o Save the file in G:\Reminders\compliance\input\      status.xlsx
• For patients meeting comp past
     o Name the spreadsheet tab [met comp]
     o Save the file in G:\Reminders\compliance\input\ met comp.xlsx
• For Sales order WIP states
     o Name the spreadsheet tab [sales orders]
     o Save the file in G:\Reminders\compliance\input\ sales orders.xlsx
• Run the formatting program by clicking the button labeled [Click here to format usage compliance calls for Appointment Reminders]

An Excel file will be formatted, created and saved to G:\Reminders\output\compliance reminders.xlsx
 Save the file as G:\Reminders\output\upload files\[todays date as 1_15 18] compliance reminders.csv
